We’re pleased to share some exciting updates about four of our colleagues who have recently taken on new roles within the UKRN network.
Etienne Roesch has been with UKRN since the beginning. He was Local Network Lead and now Institutional Lead for the University of Reading. He has been Deputy Chair since 2024, and is now Chair of the Supervisory Board.
Marcus Munafò co-founded the UKRN, served as Institutional Lead for the University of Bristol and Chair of the Supervisory Board. He has been appointed Deputy Vice Chancellor at the University of Bath, and stepped down from the role of Chair of the UKRN Supervisory Board. He is now Executive Director, and sits on the Supervisory Board.
Emma Ganley is Director of Strategic Initiatives at protocols.io has joined the Supervisory Board, representing the Stakeholder Engagement Group.
Natasha Mauthner is Institutional Lead for the University of Newcastle, and joined the Supervisory Board, representing the ILs Group.
Sofia Fernandes is representing the Local Network Leads on the Supervisory Board, and has been elected Deputy Chair.
